Drying Technology: "Oil Temperature Reduced Pressure Drying System"

A groundbreaking drying technology protected by many patents!

The "Oil Temperature Reduced Pressure Drying System" is a drying technology that enables the complete resource recovery (as feed, fertilizer, or fuel) of all organic industrial waste (biomass) such as seafood, agricultural products, livestock products, sewage sludge, human waste sludge, and kitchen waste. In the drying process, the target material is in constant contact with the oil, and the heat transferred from the oil is conducted to the target material throughout the entire range, resulting in a uniform moisture content in the final product. Additionally, by applying reduced pressure, it allows for the evaporation of moisture without waiting for the boiling point of 100°C under normal atmospheric pressure, thereby forcibly evaporating moisture. 【Features】 ■ Uniform drying in a short time ■ Effectiveness of the final product ■ Mitigation of unpleasant odors from the raw materials *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

For those struggling with development through drying: Oil temperature reduced pressure drying technology.

Uniform drying with short-time drying treatment! A groundbreaking system that converts sewage sludge and organic waste into fertilizer and fuel.

Our company offers a groundbreaking system called "Oil Temperature Reduced Pressure Drying Technology" that achieves complete recycling of various organic waste (biomass). This method utilizes waste cooking oil as a medium oil and mixes it with organic waste and waste cooking oil under reduced pressure (vacuum conditions), heating them to rapidly and uniformly evaporate the moisture contained in the raw materials. The main features are "drying degree, speed of processing time, and high quality of productivity." 【Features】 ■ Achieves complete recycling of various organic waste (biomass) ■ High drying degree, fast processing time, and high quality of productivity ■ Uniform drying with short processing time ■ Effective productivity ■ Mitigates unpleasant odors from raw materials *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Drying technology for coatings on wire materials and tape materials.

Method for predicting the temperature of workpieces heated by a heating furnace and provision of an EXCEL tool.

The process of applying varnish or adhesive to tapes and substrates and then drying them is used in various industries. When the applied material is diluted with a solvent, the drying process that evaporates the solvent is crucial for quality control. If we try to increase productivity, the drying oven becomes larger, leading to higher equipment costs. Depending on the product, this also affects the subsequent curing process. To achieve efficient drying, the thermal performance of the heating furnace is necessary. It is very important for tape substrates that the thermal performance of the heating furnace remains stable within the range of use. The thermal performance of the heating furnace referred to here means the heat transfer rate. If the heat transfer rate and the temperature distribution of the heating furnace are known, the temperature of the substrate in the furnace can be predicted. Drying depends on the temperature of the substrate. Knowing the substrate temperature allows us to predict the evaporation rate or residual solvent. I serve as a technical advisor and possess the technology for measuring the thermal performance of furnaces. Additionally, I have the technology for thermal calculation methods that predict the substrate temperature based on thermal characteristics and temperature distribution within the furnace. By modeling the drying phenomenon of the applied material, we can predict the residual solvent.
